CURRENT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?

Customers with a current maintenance contract are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Webtrends Analytics 8.7d.

LAPSED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?

Customers with a lapsed maintenance contract are required to purchase an upgrade to Webtrends Analytics 8.5a. Special pricing is available from your Account Manager to credit you for your existing investment in Webtrends.


IMPORTANT UPGRADE NOTES:
  1. Upgrades are currently supported from all versions of Webtrends Analytics 8.
  2. You will need your existing license key(s) and a valid maintenance contract to install these upgrades and migrate your data.
  3. Upgrading to Webtrends Analytics 8.7d will require a two-step process. You will need to install Webtrends Analytics 8.5a and analyze at least one week of data before beginning the upgrade to Webtrends Analytics 8.7d.
