Our channel partners benefit by gaining the ability to offer industry-leading Webtrends products while receiving sales, marketing, and technical support from Webtrends.

About the Webtrends Authorized Reseller Program

The Webtrends Authorized Reseller Program provides the tools and services necessary for partners to be successful in making Webtrends part of their business. From attractive margins and performance incentives to marketing funds, we will help your business grow.

We offer two distinct partner levels from which to choose. Webtrends Associate Resellers receive all they need to successfully market and sell Webtrends products, including demo products, help from a dedicated support team, a listing in our Partner Locator, sales and marketing collateral, and targeted sales training. Typically, Authorized Resellers source products through an authorized Webtrends distributor.

Webtrends Premier Resellers receive all of the above benefits, plus additional tools and support, participation in our automated lead referral system, access to our online co-op marketing fund program, Premier Resellers must agree to minimum purchase volumes, and typically have the option of direct product sourcing (North America only).


Webtrends Authorized Reseller Program Partner Requirements

As a Webtrends partner, you are expected to possess a strong technical and consultative sales and support infrastructure, as well as meet minimum sales volume requirements, which vary by partner level and region. Our channel partners enhance our customers' Webtrends experiences by providing value-added services and support, including sales, training, installation, and configuration services. We look for partners who strive to go beyond just helping a customer set up and use the products. Being able to help customers understand what to do with the information Webtrends provides and how to take subsequent action to improve business results adds the expert touch we value in our partners.

Webtrends channel partners generally meet some or all of the following criteria.

  • Provide web solutions and infrastructure products
  • Act as web-oriented hardware or software integrator, reseller, or consultant
  • Help customers maintain the integrity of their web sites
  • Provide or integrate CRM and data integration solutions
  • Interactive agencies
  • Maintain a minimum sales volume
