Community Involvement

Webtrends Gets Involved

At Webtrends, we are committed to the communities where our company has grown and now flourishes, from our home base in Portland, Ore., to our other locations around the globe. We regularly invest our time and resources to repay the investments that our communities have made in us as individuals and as an organization. Our involvement includes:

  • Coordinated volunteering. Our employees take part in Webtrends-sponsored charitable activities and events – from answering phones at a public television telethon to playing software in a fundraising tournament for a children's hospital.
  • Executive support. Our top managers and executives volunteer on administrative boards of local charities, civic groups and business organizations.
  • Facilities. Community groups can use our meeting rooms in downtown Portland for events at no charge.
  • Voice. We are active participants in important community issues. We use our community standing to raise awareness and our technology to help measure and share community opinions.
  • Financial support. We sponsor community programs nominated by our employees and conduct campaigns, during which we match charitable donations made by our employees.
  • Paid work time. Employees receive paid work hours to volunteer and support their community.

Portland Parks Earn Recognition from TODAY’s Roker

Portland Parks FoundationWebtrends' own Jonathan Cogan, who sits on the board of Portland Parks Foundation, appeared alongside the TODAY show's Al Roker when the weatherman's Lend a Hand Charitable Campaign recognized the local charity recently. During one of his morning broadcasts, Roker spotlighted the foundation's efforts to bring sports and activities to local kids.

Webtrenders Hit a Homerun for Portland Hospitals

DoernbecherFor nearly a decade, Webtrends has fielded teams in the annual Doernbecher Fundraiser SoftballTournament to raise money for this terrific Portland, Ore. children's hospital. We fielded two teams this year. We didn't come home with any metals, but the funds raised by our teams will benefit Portland-area hospitals.
